Mobility in Poland

The last teachers meeting was held in Poland in Ciagowice. The teachers were located in Zawiercie. The meeting was attended by representatives of all 7 countries. From Croatia in Poland went Ana Rabbi and Adriana Traic Horvat. The trip began on Sunday, June 2, 2019. We traveled by bus to Budapest and then by plane to Krakow. In Krakow, the hosts welcomed us and drove us by car to the destination. The first day was scheduled for school. They organized a welcome ceremony where they performed work on symbols through song, dance and legends. Students also introduced us with the Polish school system through presentation. After a joint lunch, we visited the Bledow desert and the fish farm. We visited the town of Lazy and met the Mayor of the city who received us in his official premises and introduced us with the history of the place. Finally, we had a joint meeting and arranged final project-related tasks, eTwinning and project website. On the second day, we visited the nursery where they showed us an alternative approach to the work that uses a great deal of didactic and sensory motor equipment. Then we visited the walls of the Ogrodzieniec Castle accompanied by guide in English. After lunch, we had a brief team meeting. In the evening, we had a formal dinner ceremony. On Wednesday we visited the castle of Pszczyna, the bison farm and Kapias Gardens. Throughout the day, we communicated with each other and each event was accompanied by photos that we then posted on the facebook page of the project, our school’s facebook page, and finally in our eTwinning reports. In the evening we had a joint dinner. On Thursday we had a full day visit to Krakow with an expert guide in English. The evening was free for socializing and making arrangements. On Friday, the whole group visited the silver mine and the mining museum. After that, some of the countries went home. Other countries had a joint dinner. On Saturday, early in the morning hosts drove us to the airport in Krakow to return home. The whole mobility was fulfilled with legends and fairy tales typical of Poland. At the same time it was the theme of the entire mobility. At the very end we said goodbye, hoping to see each other again…
